Binoculars are an
excellent optical aid to viewing the
splendours of the night sky.
Many households already own a pair and whilst these are fine for
daylight terrestial use, they can quickly become tiring when
raised up for star gazing. The solution is a
Parallelogram Binocular Mount
which takes the weight
and provides a very steady image.
When using an
astronomical telescope, even at relatively low
magnifications (x50), it is remarkably difficult to point it at a
particular star, planet or Messier object owing to its very small
field of view. This
Unity Finder
or Reflex Sight enables the telescope to be
quickly and easily pointed at any visible object in the heavens.
A small selection of
photographs of celestial objects may be seen in the Astronomy section here.
